The old medicine is in the destroyed city under the well accessed by progressing Levy's content. If you've already done it, the fastest way to get back there is to use the teleporter in Levy's room, go left along the waterway and up into the building with a door. There should be a crate/box you can interact with inside.

With Sarada, I think the breast enlargement wasn't necessary. I think more content like InkoxIzuku, pure incest, is needed. And make more Futa x Male content too, but without turning them into women. I love this game and I like to make tier lists and ranking things. So, while eagerly waiting for Chapter 5, I decided I will rank the storylines of the characters so far. (Note that I considered only the story they got in this game, I didn't consider right now the hentai animations or what is my opinion about them in their original animes).
Hate them:
26. Sakura: That blackmailing went waaay too far.
25. Elza: Seeing a doctor keep someone in pain when she could heal them only for fuck them is utterly disgusting.
24. May: It was satisfying that she got (rightfully) angry to Laz and sent her to hell. It was not that she apologized later (when she didn't anything bad) and become her sex pet anyway.
23. Naruto: I got it that it's the village's law to do a favor to Laz but there should be a point where he could say no.
22. Sarada: It was painful to see that she was punished by Laz for something Laz did.
Dislike them:
21. Natsu: Trick someone is ok, use his innocent wish about he want to help others against him is a bit too much.
20. Hinata: Same as Natsu, Laz used her innocent wish to become more confident.
19. Nami: You should accept if a woman say confidently no, especially if she is your (step) sister.
Neutral to me:
18. Kushina: Still don't like Laz's mentality and tricks here but Kushina had some chance to notice it.
17. Lucy: I can't blame Laz here the spirits were way worse.
16. Lisanna: There is a level of gullibility which I consider as sin, still don't like Laz's methods here.
15. Mitsuki: similar as Lisanna but even worse.
14. Serena and Marnie: This storyline is in early phase, I can't decide right now wether I like it or not.
13. Levy: I'm not convinced wether she didn't want Laz to fuck her or wether she was just too shy to admit it that she wanted.

7. Adventurers: Laz defeated them fair and square. Most of them even enjoyed having sex with Laz.

Craft the mist, spray it on the flowers in front of her house when she isn't outside. Come back the next day when she is outside.
